Generally speaking, any authorized event of any kind held in the name
of CMN is covered, wherever it is.

CP conversation with Sue at Stuber (early 2004?)—

Part B: Campgrounds “on your behalf”

Q: If one of our attendees werer to be hurt in unorganized games on
the grounds, covered?

A: No. Unless there is some liability involved.

Q: Then who covers the medical treatment of their injuries?
A: The individual’s own health insurance.

Part Il C-9: Property damage

Q: For example, if we rent a video player & it gets damaged, no
coverage?

A: Right. We have no property coverage.

Other:

Q: Hotels; for example, Friedman L.A. damage. Covered?

A: Not covered as property damage, but possibly if could establish a
liability claim. We’d have to make the claim and see how it turned out.

CP conversation with Stuber staff person 5/20/08—

Q: If CMN gives concerts which the public pays to attend, covered (as
the conferences are)?

A: Yes. If the facility wants us to add them as an additional insured,
we have to give the details to Stuber and pay a $40 fee.

Q: Is child care at events covered?
A: Yes.
