The Memorandum of Understanding, purpose, Undated

Online content

Fullscreen
The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is written to acknowledge the relationship between APA
and SIP, is that of two equal but separate entities.
The advantages of the MOU are:
1). It represents an Organization to Organization relationship,
And
2). It represents a partnership relationship.
This will further support our invitation from APA to pursue a voting seat on the APA council of
representatives (COR) to the members of APA. This will provide needed validation to members that SIP
should have a voting seat on COR as we are separate, but related organizations.
