Upper Hudson Peace Action www.peaceact.net works in the Capital District to end the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq; to
bring about nuclear disarmament; and to achieve peace in the Middle East. We are part of national Peace Action which has
chapters throughout the United States.

Upper Hudson Peace Action has regular peace vigils throughout the Capital District. We bring speakers, show films, publish
materials, and advocate for peace policies with elected officials. New people are needed and welcome at our events.

We have six branches: Bethlehem Neighbors for Peace, Guilderland Neighbors for Peace, Pine Hills Neighbors for Peace,
Saratoga Peace Alliance, Schenectady Neighbors for Peace, Southern Rensselaer Neighbors for Peace. We work in
cooperation with Women Against War and other area peace groups.
