Administrative and Organization: Answer emails,check-in with Charlie Wilton and Berea DP workteam,
check with Pat about fundraising, write op-ed for Balancing the Scales, make edits to op-ed, prepare for
vacation by setting messages and checking in with volunteers (Mike, John, Miriam, Kate Mudd)

Administrative and Organization: Catch up on emails, read polling data, read through 8th Amendment
training materials, facebook Treat yourself donation matching campaign posts and internet research to
add a photo to the posts, read updates from DPIC, watch Renee Shaw interview, check on votervoice
district discrepencies, check in with Charlie Wilton about Legislative strategy for 2015 session - Events:
Collect information for taking over exoneree tours - Fundraising: catch up on fundraising emails

Administrative and Organization: check emails, read 8th amendment training materials that Pat sent,
attend voter voice training, set up voter voice, read user manual, learn voter voice, play with features,
send sample emails, post-election check of legislative districts and whether we've lost any supporters (36)
- Events: check in about exoneree tour coming up, add itinerary to calendar, (3).

Administrative and Organization: look over master donor list, DPIC updates, begin developing a strategy
for legislative meetings during the legislative session at least once a week, gather materials for exoneree
tour - Events: Exoneree tour Henderson Rotary Club and Murray State Paducah Campus — 30 hrs on tour

Administrative and Organization: research and contact rotary clubs around the state to try to bring death
penalty conversations to their meetings, get in touch with Kate Mudd about legislative session, develop
presentation for HS students in Forensics class, reach out to Mike VonAllmen to accompany me to class -
Events: begin reaching out to leads for next exoneree tour, pick out an exoneree who can pass a
background check for Ft. Campbell, February 9 is next tour date - Fundraising: phone call about helen
prejean event--someone got the wrong book, had to straighten out with Kaye

Administrative and Organization: Finish up presentation for AHS students, make list and schedule of
events for 2015 with festivals we plan on tabling at, contact Linda Smith about Susan Jean King (22hrs) -
Fundraising: contact Kaye about donation of stock - Meetings: meet with Mike to discuss the presentation
for Assumption HS Students 2hrs.

Administrative and Organization: Send more effective talking points to Loretto Motherhouse on the death
penalty for their letters to legislators, DPIC updates, get a carpool together for the board meeting, type a
sample email asking people to sign up to come to the capital during the session and speak to legislators
(Repeal Wednesdays), Contact Mariko about exonerees and details for tour, (36). Events: speak to
Assumption High School Forensics class with Mike VonAllmen (1.5)

Administrative and Organization: prep for Board meeting, follow up with Bob Brown at AHS, inform board
about legislative targets, make talking points for Kate Mudd to use that aren't property of 8th amendment,
contact Randy Wheeler about working during the legislative session, email Don Stern about working with
his rotary club, (33). Meetings: Board mtg, conservative outreach call, phone mtg with Kate Mudd, phone
meeting with Linda Smith at KY Innocence Project, meet Kate Miller about exoneree tour (6)

Administrative and Organization: follow up with Ken Grossman about exoneree tours and the possibility of
having an exoneree visit the optimist club, download 2009 NAS Study on Forensics, look up lobbying
restrictions, pull lists from Voter Voice, send K. Mudd target lists with people to call (24.5); Events: Get
information together for press for February tour, confirm need for editorial board mtgs, confirm fees and
speaker for tour (7).

Administrative and Organization: Catch up on DPIC, letter from Dean Ault, check emails, organize files,
follow up with federation of republican women (13)
