Have enough workers to handle books sales
Have enough change, especially $5 and $10.
When asked the price of the books, respond by saying a minimum donation is
$15 for one book; $25 for two books

4. The $100 books will have a small, removable label on the front cover. This
should help keep them apart from the others.

5. All checks should be made out to the MINISTRY AGAINST THE DEATH PENALTY

OR MADP.

6. Credit cards: We can take Visa, Master Card, Discovery and American Express.
Note the attached sheet explains about the credit sales. Go over that with the
volunteers who will sell the book. Make sure handwriting is legible and has
phone number.

7. Please return all books within 14 days. DO NOT RETURN MONEY IN BOOK

CASES. If not full cases, please use ample packing to protect books. All books
from our office and Random House should be returned to

NOTE: Regarding returned postage, if you feel your group can
afford to pay the return postage, we thank you as this is a donation
to Sr. Helen’s ministry. If not, contact Sr. Margaret for out UPS
number.

8. Return signs, sales slips and other left over materials with books.

9. Please convert the cash money into a check or money order.

10. Return checks and credit card slips in a separate envelope, NOT IN THE RETURN
BOOK BOX. Send this envelope to
