Check your mailing label and, if there is no date, please be-
come a dues paying member of KCADP. If there is a date prior

to 11/30/2002, it is time to renew your membership: $15 for
individuals; $25 for families; $5 for seniors/students. Thanks!

Help Always Needed

KCADP relies primarily on the volunteer efforts of its many
organizational and individual members. But there is also a
Staff to pay, an office to maintain, and a message to deliver—
all of which requires money.

So, contributions are absolutely necessary if KCADP is to
continue to raise an effective voice in Frankfort and through-
out the Commonwealth.

You may be one of the many people who benefit when
contributing to KCADP because this is a 501c3 charitable
organization and your donation may be tax-deductible.

A few supporters have taken advantage of our monthly
plan by having their contributions automatically charged to
their credit cards. Others have made significant contributions
through gifts of shares of stock which KCADP can sell and
then use the proceeds.

To set up a monthly giving program or to donate stocks,
please contact Mary McCarthy or Kaye Gallagher for addition-
al information.

Also, consider helping KCADP arrange a fundraising party.
Several KCADP members and their pastors invited church
members to the parsonage for some refreshments and light
snacks and for an opportunity to meet with KCADP represent-
atives about the work of the Coalition and its financial needs.
As a result, participants donated very generous amounts.
Mary and Kaye will help you in any effort of this type.

Membership dues are also important. Your timely enroll-
ment as a member of KCADP has made it possible to do this
work for 14 years and the effort is paying off. KCADP will con-
tinue to need your financial help until total abolition of the
death penalty is a reality. Thanks for all you do.
