This contract, made and entered into the 26 day of, May 2016 , by and between the KENTUCKY STATE
FAIR BOARD, a corporate body of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, hereinafter referred to as FAIR BOARD; and:

for the purpose of renting exhibit space in the 2016 Kentucky State Fair to be held August 18 - 28, 2016 at the
Kentucky Exposition Center, P.O. Box 37130, Louisville, Kentucky 40233-7130.
1. SPACE: for and in consideration of the rental sum outlined in item (2) below, the FAIR BOARD agrees to reserve
for the EXHIBITOR/CONCESSIONAIRE the following space provided that the EXHIBITOR/CONCESSIONAIRE return
signed contract along with the required deposit on or before date specified below, after which date, the below assigned
space will be considered rejected.

2. For this privelege, EXHIBITOR/CONCESSIONAIRE shall pay the FAIR BOARD the sum of
NINE HUNDRED AND XX / 100 DOLLARS ($ 900.00 ),
payable to Kentucky State Fair in check, money order, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover
with no less than fifty percent (50%) deposit on return of contract (see dates specified below)

4. TERM AND CONDITIONS: EXHIBITOR/CONCESSIONAIRE agrees to abide by the terms of this agreement and the
"Kentucky State Fair Exhibitor/Concessionaire General Terms and Conditions" pamphlet attached hereto and the
“EXHIBITOR/CONCESSIONAIRE SERVICES MANUAL" (to be sent to successful applicants) attached hereto and
made a part of this agreement.
