BULLITT
Rep. Dwight Butler - House District 18
Breckinridge
Bullitt (part)
Daviess (part)
Hancock
Hardin (part)
Rep. David Floyd - House District 50
Bullitt (part)
Nelson
Spencer (part)
Rep. Jeff Greer - House District 27
Bullitt (part)
Hardin (part)
Meade
Rep. Russell Webber - House District 49
Bullitt (part) - Lives in Shepherdsville, so constituents need to come from
here; he has only part of Bullitt, so we have to find what part that is so we
get only those he represents and not folks from other parts of that county.
Sen. Dan Seum - Senate District 38
Bullitt
Jefferson (Part)
OLDHAM
Rep. David Osborne - House District 59
Jefferson (part)
Oldham (part) - lives in Prospect, so we need to find constituents he actually
represents. He only has a sliver of Jefferson and part of Oldham.
Rep. Rick Rand - House District 47
Carroll
Henry
Oldham (part)
Trimble
Sen. Ernie Harris - Senate District 26
Jefferson (Part)
Oldham - take constituents who come from Oldham. Don't worry about Jefferson
unles it is someone important to him.
HENRY
Sen. Paul Hornback - Senate District 20
Carroll
Henry
Jefferson (Part)
Shelby
Trimble - He lives in Shelby, but I would try to get constituents from Carroll,
Henry and Trimbl also. Forget Jefferson.
SPENCER
Rep. David Floyd - House District 50
Bullitt (part)
Nelson
Spencer (part) - He will co-sponsor - not really a primary target
Rep. Kim King - House District 55
Anderson
Mercer
Spencer (part) - Have to be from the right part of Spencer; concentrate on
Anderson and Mercer
Rep. Brad Montell - House District 58
Shelby
Spencer (part) - Concentrate on Shelby or make sure folks from Spencer actually
live in his district
Sen. Jimmy Higdon - Senate District 14
Casey
Jefferson (Part)
Marion
Nelson
Spencer - forget Jefferson. Might be good to have several meetings with him in
the various counties he fully represents. Let him know there is district wide
support; concentrate on abolition only; and get him to commit to support only
amendments approved by the sponsor. He likes to work out compromises that I
think could be not useful.
