My name is Mary Margaret Malfoy Hill and it's important for me.
I've always been basically pro-life, Cardinal Bernadine played a major role in that because
it makes it so easy from the womb to the tomb.
And I think capital punishment is truly wrong that no one should take a life of another person.
That's God's decision.
It's interesting in this country, I just finished a biography of Thomas Paine, who was such a wonderful
patriot and he fought so hard in France to try to protect the life of the king of Louis
the 16th and he fought so hard in this country against capital punishment.
It's interesting how this subject and this issue has been with us since really the beginning
of America.
Let's hope it ends.
Capital punishment needs to end now.
