OHIO REPORT

Executions:

The 2 executions scheduled for this summer did not happen. Abdul Awkal received a stay of
execution for more testing. He is extremely mentally ill. John Eley had his sentence commuted
to Life with out the possibility of parole because of his mental capacity.

Donald Palmer is scheduled for September 20. We think this will happen.

Brett Hartmann has a Nov. 13 date. This is his 3 date.

Ron Post has a January 13 date. He is extremely obese. The current execution protocol may
not work. His case could end up back in court.
