Rev. Patrick Delahanty
Executive Director

Catholic Conference of Kentucky
1042 Burlington Lane

Frankfort, Kentucky 40601

Dear Reverend Delahanty:

As our organizations continue to diligently work for the passage of HB70, I am taking the liberty to
personally invite the Catholic Conference of Kentucky to become a participating organization in the 50"
Year Anniversary of the March on Frankfort and the Allied Organizations for Civil Rights. On March 5,
2014, we will commemorate the historic 1964 March and advocate for the Kentucky Senate to pass HB70.

Currently, there are more than 40 organizations that are participating in the commemorative march and rally.
In addition to the public demonstration, we are making contact with each senator and need your advice and
participation. The next meeting of the Allied organizations for Civil Rights will convene Wednesday,
February 5, following the Kentucky Black Legislative Caucus Black History Month Celebration in the
Capitol Rotunda at 11:30 a.m. Our meeting should start around 1 o’clock at the Holiday Inn Frankfort.

I believe that we are closer to passage of HB70 than we have ever been and look forward to continuing to
work with you. Feel free to call if you need any additional information or have any questions.

With best wishes, I am

Sincerely,

Geant Connteglan

Raoul Cunningham
President
