Yes, my name is Byron Ted Foley, originally from the State of Kentucky.
I am a police of death penalty on the grounds that it destroys families.
I'm going to be a holding.
Got a phone in there.
This afternoon there.
It is me.
My name is Lawist Foley.
I definitely oppose the death penalty because the court system has more options.
And I don't see anybody can put somebody there for a crime they've done somebody else.
I just don't believe in it.
And I wish very much with somebody to do something about it.
And I have a son on death row and it really, really tears up a complete family.
There is pity on both sides, but then it financially and absolutely,
tears of families, one behind the other.
Not just for my son, but for a lot of families.
I only does it affect the person that is on death row,
but it will literally destroy their families, their children, financially, physically and mentally.
And that's torture to families that families don't deserve.
They have not done no crime.
They do not deserve to be put through this.
