Additional financial information:

Of your organizational budget how much is for death penalty-related work?

= 100%
How much did you receive from FADP-affiliated foundations for death
penalty-related work in 2010? In 2011? Please use the grants charts to list
the foundations and the respective amounts. (Note: If you were awarded
multi-year grants from FADP-affiliated foundations prior to 2010 that
included payouts or carried into 2010 or 2011, please note this and include
the 2010 and 2011 amounts of those grants in your figures for each year.)

= We received $15,000 in 2010 for use during 2011.
How much are you seeking from FADP-affiliated foundations for death
penalty related work for the remainder of 2011?

= Weare not seeking any more for the remainder of 2011.
For 2012 work? If this amount represents an increase from the prior year, is
that because (a) you hope to expand your death penalty-related work? (b)
the increase is a replacement for other grants/donations that you no longer
expect to receive? Or (c) some other reason. Please explain.

= Weare seeking $80,000 for 2012 work to expand death penalty-

related work.

How much of your total budget do you receive from non-FADP related
sources? (Please list funding sources of $25,000 or more).

= We have no funding sources of $25,000 or more; our annual budget is
$80,000. It increased to $95,000 for 2011 with the receipt of an FADP
related grant of $15,000. So 84% of the total budget for 2011 was
from non-FADP related sources.
When do you anticipate needing this funding? Please provide relevant
information in terms of notification and cash flow. (NOTE: while notification
for all LOIs is planned for mid-October, if plan on needing funding prior to
November, please indicate this in a cover note with your LOI. While we can
provide no assurances at this time that funding will be available for any
specific organization nor on any timeline, if we are alerted to pressing needs
we might be able to respond in a more timely manner.)
= We do not anticipate needing this funding until 2012. If we know of
the approval of the grant by the end of November 2011, we have time
to seek a contract lobbyist for that portion of the grant. Our cash flow
is such thata monthly check would be fine, although quarterly
payments would work also.
