Plans For Future Fundraising

KCADP will continue to pursue grants from organizations that have previously funded
KCADP or who received a grant application, did not fund at the time, but encouraged re-
application.

KCADP will continue to help individuals host events in their homes to which they invite
their friends for a time of informal discussion about the death penalty’s use in Kentucky
and KCADP’s work to abolish it. Invitations to these events always indicate that
donations are expected.

Ongoing tracking of gifts pledged to the Next Big Step Campaign will continue to ensure
that donors have timely reminders that the next installment is due. And new pledges will
continue to be sought from those who have yet to donate to this Campaign.

We also anticipate that during 2010, if we are funded, KCADP’s membership will
increase significantly and this will lead to a greater number of persons contributing
financially to KCADP.
