Below is a series of questions and statements pertinent to an annual review of your work
based on the work plan submitted in 2015. For all of these questions and statements we are
looking for some broad overviews along with specific examples. We not only want tangible
examples of the work over the last year but we also want to hear what you have learned
and how you plan to incorporate these findings into your 2016 workplan. These answers
can be in a variety of formats including but not limited to narrative paragraphs, bullet
points, attachments or whatever else.

Grassroots Organizing
How have you connected with and developed new supporters through events and festivals? How
many events did you attend and in what capacity? What were the outcomes of these events in
terms of the use of volunteers and the number of new sign ups?
In what ways did you use online platforms such as voter voice and social media along with
traditional organizing tactics like phone calls and face-to-face meetings to engage our
membership and develop leaders? How did you track and evaluate calls, meetings, emails and
online posts. What have been some examples of the outcomes of this work? What special
relationships have resulted in this work?
Public Education
Tell us about your role in developing and implementing public education events including the
exoneree tours. How do they vary from event to event and audience to audience? What does your
promotional plan look like? How have they worked as a legislative tool? How have they worked
as an organizing tool?
How do you evaluate the effectiveness of events and speaking engagements?
Legislative
The 2015 plan included interim meetings with legislators and constituents. What has this work
looked like? What constituents did you reach out to and what happened?
What does your plan look like going into the 2016 legislative session, please be specific in terms
of who will be assisting you and in what way? Specify your goals from week to week in terms of
number of meetings and hallway conversations?
Administrative
Weekly or bi-weekly meetings, timesheets, quantifying numbers and work plans are all
administrative tools for managing and evaluating the progress of you as an employee in an
attempt to further the mission of KCADP, what is your role in managing these tools and tactics?
How could we improve the effectiveness of these things?
