Questions for next meeting: the end of September will mean 6 mos. Have ended. Where are we
with the goals that were set. I’m not sure what “engaging two counties per quarter” means, but
according to the Overview document there would 16 in a year. What are the eight that would
count for the first half year; and what are the 12 congregations expected for the first half year.
This should be part of the last September report.

Also based on the Overview there should be at least 60 one on ones that can be identified. Who
in general were these with and what are the results of those meetings? Are their names in the
Voter Voice database if they decided to support us. How will they be supporting us. Hosting
house parties, for example, or some other action. What action.

Two trainings per quarter are mentioned as a goal, so by end of September there should have
been 4 trainings. Were there? Where were they. How many attended. What was the training
geared to teach? An objective for these was to engage individuals who may not naturally seek
out events around the death penalty but could become supporters after engagements. Of those
who attended these trainings how many have become supporters and are their names now in
the Voter Voice database?

“Co-directors will actively work to create relationships with media and radio outlets to achieve
once monthly content hits around the death penalty. KCADP will also host and attend events
that engage the public around death penalty issues and criminal justice reform, with the goal of
highlighting abolition. Events will include but are not limited to.”

Please provide details for any rallies, forums, protest, webinars, community conversations,
congregation with social justice ministry events, and voter registrations you have attended and
explain how our presence was known and accepted.

Under Coalition Building it was projected there would be an additional 100 supporters per
quarter. By the end of September that would be 200 persons. Where are we with this number
and are the names and contact info for these new supporters in the VV database?

| am not sure what a public action/event means but we said there would be 4 -5 a quarter. So 8
— 10 by the end of September. Could we have a list of those events.
