FACOLTA DI SCIENZE POLITICHE “C, ALFIERI”

Nevember 9, 1943

bear Professor Kirchheimer

I was delighted to receive your book ,
which arrived a few duys ago. Thank you so
much indeed. I am very proud of owning Poli~

tical Justice "privately" (you know, my ca—
pitalistic bias !). You have been most kind.

I now have your letter of October 30
together with the paper. I don't feel very
hurt by your note on p. 3. I am myself an en-
emy of “virtual representation" (a concept
used by fascist "corporativismo"4 as I have
stressed in a previous writing).

Rome the notes concerning the last chapter

of my book, I am actually planning to go ahead
and to cover the ITV legislature. Therefore I
am oll the more interested in your criticism.

I am working very hard for the Roman
SSRC meeting, as you shall see. And I am al-~
ready getting prepared to your "passes" ...
Thank you go much again.
Sincerely yours,
ye Ke YA.
