She econbines a number of qualities in her person
eaoh one of which would be suffledant to attract full
attention, She is a plenist end musiolen of an extrene
sense of vosponsibility, a person M11 of vibality
and original ideas, she is, at the same time, endowed

She ds, all io all, an outstanding, stinuleting
and eolorful personality, for whom the ministries of
education in Paris as well as previously in Prague, Vienna
and Waraaw hed begun to show a great Intervent.

MMe, Louta Nouneberg, formerly of Paris, at present at
Chateau Ferber, 280 Avenue de la Californie, Nice,

has been a very well known piano teacher in Paria. She

has developed a new method of piano teaching. The principles
of her method have been confirmed by the analysis of slow
motion films which were made for her and which reproduce the
play of : Horowitz, Cortot, Casadesus, Rubinstein, Backheus,
Borowsky, Wanda Landowska and some other great pianists.

For many years American pupils came to Paris for studying
with her. She directed for three years the Master Class of Piano
at the Mozarteun Academy in Salzburg.

Her book "Le piano révdié par le film" has been published
by Eschig in Paris.

Due to present conditions, Mme Nouneberg, unfortunately.
eannot send.any reviews on her work because she nnadfto leave
everything in Paris when she fled; here are, however, some
quotations of opinions referring to her work as expressed
by some famous msicianas

"The research work of Louta Nouneberg on the plano play
will be a benefit for generations of pianists, and ia of
unique value." Signed A. Borowsky.

"outa Nouneberg is a planist and teacher of first clads
and her method for teaching tho playing of the plano is of
incalculable importance and value." Signed: Wilhelm Backhaus.

"that is a real revolution in the art of piano play and
I am convinced that in twenty years the methéd of Louta Nouneberg

will be considered everywhere as a unique one." Signed: Henry Prunieres
