- This collection includes ticket reports and freight receipts.
- Biographical / historical:
- The Duxbury and Cohassett Railroad was built in 1871 as an extension of the Greenbush Line of the Old Colony Railroad in southeastern Massachusetts. Many tourists took this line to visit the South Coastal Marshfield. The line was abandoned in 1939.

- The collection was purchased from dealer [Criag W.] Ross in 1968.
