This series contains scrapbooks and albums created by The Woman's Club of Albany. Books contain photographs, clippings, correspondence, newsletters, and other artifacts documenting events and activities at the Club. Initially members created a scrapbook every year.
While this finding aid lists all the scrapbooks, not every scrapbook is available to be viewed by researchers. Early scrapbooks and a select number of later ones are very fragile and under review for possible conservation treatment. Those unavailable for review are noted as such.

Using these materials

- The archives are open to the public and anyone is welcome to visit and view the collections.
- Collection restrictions:
- Access to this record group is unrestricted with the exception of one folder, which is marked.

- The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of copyright. Whenever possible, the M.E. Grenander Department of Special Collections and Archives will provide information about copyright owners and other restrictions, but the legal determination ultimately rests with the researcher. Requests for permission to publish material from this collection should be discussed with the Head of Special Collections and Archives.
