The Seey reported thet poylng all the accounts
properly chargeable for the lst half of the present
School Year there appeared to be a balance in favour of
the Sehoo] ef $200.73.

Resolved in order to euchle the Standing Committee of

Resolved that the resignation of Dr Saltebury be accepket
on the terms proposed by Hin & thet the Principal be
instructed to require & report on 8 person proper for the
above place,

The Board then. proceeded to consider the
application of Mr Felt, which had been laid on the tuble
at the lest meeting & it wes resolved that although the -
Gemmittee eatertein the kindest feslinge for Br Felt &
duly appreciate bie services ia the State formel School,
still in consideration of the confined state of the Funds
& move especially, of the changes in the appointments &
éuties of Teachers, which the Committee have under con
sideration, they do not feel justified in making sny
ineresse of bls salary. '

for the pupils on thelr return home, at the concbusion
of the present terns

Resolved that Measures Fersyth & Townsend be a Committee
with power, to endeuveur to improve the present condition
of ventilation in the Normal Schoo] Building.
