Board to confer with the executive committee of the State Normal - 0
School at Albany, relating to the sale of the premises ocenpied by
said school, reported verbally, that in the opinion of said com-mittee |
the property should be sold at public auction on terms to be fixed |
by this Board. . | y
On motion, the following resolution was adopted:
a
Resolved, That the Commissioners of the Land Office advise that
the executive committee of the State Normal School at Albany
employ an auctioneer and sell the premises now in use by said school
at public auction at the main entrance of the City Hall in the city a
of Albany, upon not less than two weeks’ notice, published in two
of the daily papers of the city of Albany ; that ten per cent of the
purchase-price be required to be paid down at the time and place of
sale and the balance at the time of the delivery of the possession of
* the property unless the purchaser desire the privilege of allowing
two-thirds of the purchase-money to remain on bond and mortgage
for three years or less. Z
