Minutes of Meeting held Tuesday, December Srd, 1907, at 4:00 P.

The meeting came to order promptly in the office of the Come
missioner of Bdueation, Commissioner Draper in the chair and all members preseny,

The minutes of previous mecting were approved 2s read.

Mr. Finegan stated that it was not possible to execute the lease
referred to at the last mectimg, and therefore offered the following:
RESOLVED that the Commissioner of Education be and he hereby is authorized and
directed to execute on behalf of this board a lease with the Albany Orphan
Asylum of property located at 98, 100 and 102 Willett Street, for the use of
the State Normal Gollege from December i, 1907 to September 1, 1909, at an

annual rental of $8, $00. The motion was duly seconded and carried.

The Secretary stated that a new minute book and also 4 new cash

book would soon be necessary, and on motion he was authorized to purchase the

same.

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned.
