Minutes of mecting hea Thursday, April llth, 1907, at 4.00 P.M,

The mecting came to order promptly in the office of the Commissioner
of Edveation, Ghairman Draper in the chair and all members present.
The minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
The Secretary read some correspondence between himself and State
Architect Heins on various details of business econnected with the new
building, which will be found on file.
Mr. Van Rensselaer moved that the amended plans submitted by State
Architect Heins, bearing date of April 10th, 190%, be and hereby are approved
with the following exceptions: that the teachers* rooms at the end of the
hallways on the second and third floors of the administration building be
eliminateds that an additional door be placed in each of the’ class-rooms
@t the end of the corresponding hallsg that a sufteble flight of steps be added
outside of the building, so as to permit an entranee to be had at the North-
east corner of the anditoriumg and that the columns in the rotunda of the
main building be omitied, if feasible. THe motion was unanimously carried
