The meeting was called to order by Chair Lanford at 2:10p.m. 
Chair Lanford welcomed the Senators of the 1990-91 Senate. He stated that 
beginning this year the Senate, as well as the Councils, is one-third smaller. The 
composition of the Councils has also changed this year. It has been very difficult to staff 
Councils because of the reduction and composition changes. 
Chair Lanford stated the Council membership comes moved and seconded. The 
motion carried.
