University's Policy and Procedures on Misconduct in Research and Scholarship, which I 
approved on March 91h The official policy can be found on the Division for Research's 
website at: www.albany.edu/research/MisconductPolicyMarch2012.pdf. I would again

invaluable contributions and advice in the development of this policy.
