RESOLVED, That the Senate adopt the following motion: 
All proposed departmental programs are to 
be submitted to the Undergraduate Academic 
Council. 
The document should describe the proposed 
program in detail. 
The document should describe the procedures 
used and consultations made in its 
formulation. 
A philosophical justification of the program 
should be presented.
