Resolution 1
Following the report of the Governance Council Task Force created in response to Senate 
Resolution 1112-03R, the Senate finds that the President, as chair of the faculty, violated Article 
1 Section 2.2.2 of the By-Laws by failing to consult formally with the Senate prior to the 10/1/10
announcement of program deactivations.
