FullscreenDear Students, Faculty and Staff, ITS is actively working to resolve a problem affecting Blackboard single sign-on from MyUAlbany. Blackboard is in service and available to all users. However, when users click course links that are displayed in MyUAlbany, they see an error message indicating they don’t have permission to view the resource. Please access Blackboard directly at https://blackboard.albany.edu until we have resolved the problem. We have posted an alert on the Systems Status page and will update this page as more information becomes available. The campus community will be notified when the issue is fully resolved.
