- Emails sent from the "Today at UAlbany" email to the Faculty-Staff LISTSERV. "Today at UAlbany" is a daily email meant to share and celebrate UAlbany news with community members including faculty and staff. It was originally sent from the Office of Communications and Marketing until it gained its own email address in 2019, which is why it is included in this series, even though it originally came from the Office of Communicaions and Marketing.

- The archives are open to the public and anyone is welcome to visit and view the collections.
- Collection restrictions:
- Access to this record group is unrestricted. Some emails have been discluded due to their reference of personally identifying information about potential job candidates.
- Collection terms of access:
- The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of copyright. Whenever possible, the M.E. Grenander Department of Special Collections and Archives will provide information about copyright owners and other restrictions, but the legal determination ultimately rests with the researcher.
