ITS is pleased to announce Lync, a new service available to all students, faculty and staff. This easy-to-use tool provides new communication and collaboration features ranging from instant messaging (IM) between faculty, staff and students to scheduling webinars and video conferences with others around the world.
Scheduling a web meeting is as easy as scheduling a meeting using the calendar feature in your UAlbany Mail account. Get started by installing the Lync client app on your computer or mobile device. Visit the Lync section in the askIT wiki for more information.
We hope you enjoy this new service.

The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of copyright. Whenever possible, the M.E. Grenander Department of Special Collections and Archives will provide information about copyright owners and other restrictions, but the legal determination ultimately rests with the researcher.
