@ 34 founding members, currently 47 active members, but 100+ active persons, and
many more attendants at the Benelux Chapter Conferences

@ Active chapter: System Dynamics is well embedded in the Netherlands

¢) Potential? Every year, 400+ System Dynamicists are trained in our universities
«2 Goals «

The Benelux Chapter will further the dissemination and encourage the advancement
of System Dynamics in the BeNeLux, more specifically by, but not limited to:

© Identifying, unifying and extending knowledge and understanding of feedback sys-
tems, GMB, exploratory modeling, et cetera;

©) promoting the development of the field of System Dynamics and the free interchange
of learning and research in all related fields;

(©) encouraging and developing educational programs in and related to System Dynam-
ICS.

© developing and sharing System Dynamics applications.

© bringing together parties and creating networks (problem owners, practitioners,
scholars, and students).

To accomplish these objectives the Benelux Chapter proposes to conduct one to two
chapter meetings per year and may decide to publish books, journals, materials.
