We are pleased to inform you that on the basis of our review the program detailed in this email and on
the Inventory of Registered Programs is registered for general purposes under Subchapter A of the
Regulations of the Commissioner of Education (Chapter II of Title 8 of the Official Compilation of Codes,
Rules and Regulations for the State of New York) until September 1, 2025. After that date, registration
will be extended annually until the Department's next review is conducted. Please note, this program
must be accredited by an acceptable professional education accrediting association that is approved by
the department and is recognized by the United States Department of Education (DOE) or the Council
for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA); or by an acceptable professional education accrediting
association that is seeking recognition by the USDoE or CHEA with appropriate notice to the
Department, within seven years of the date of this registration.

New registration is required for any existing curriculum in which major changes are made that affect its
title, focus, design, requirements for completion, or mode of delivery. Therefore, | ask that you contact
this office prior to initiating a significant change in the program.
