Web crawling is managed through the Internet Archive's Archive-It service. This page includes links to both the university's collection and the Internet Archive's public collection.
Surface-level crawling of www.albany.edu is performed daily which chould include most top-level webpages. Separate targeted crawls are performed monthly or quarterly attempt to gather all content.

- The archives are open to the public and anyone is welcome to visit and view the collections.

- If you are a current or former student and need a copy of your transcript, please contact the Office of the Registrar.
- Collection terms of access:
- The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of copyright. Whenever possible, the M.E. Grenander Department of Special Collections and Archives will provide information about copyright owners and other restrictions, but the legal determination ultimately rests with the researcher. Requests for permission to publish material from this collection should be discussed with the Head of Special Collections and Archives.
