- This series is divided into two subseries, one containing curricula of workshops and the other information about registrants. Please note that Series 2 of this collection also includes a general administrative file on continuing education and one on tranferring the continuing education program to Russell Sage College in 1979 upon closure of the School of Nursing.

- Subseries 1 is arranged chronologically and Subseries 2 is arranged alphabetically.

- The archives are open to the public and anyone is welcome to visit and view the collections.
- Collection restrictions:
- Access to this record group is unrestricted with the exception of Series 3, Subseries 2 and a small number of other folders containing personal or sensitive information in the remainder of the collection.
- Collection terms of access:
- Whenever possible, the M.E. Grenander Department of Special Collections and Archives will provide information about copyright owners and other restrictions, but the legal determination ultimately rests with the researcher. Requests for permission to publish material from this collection should be discussed with the Head of Special Collections and Archives.
