"The Council exerts too much authority",

-"But you're too strict," - "Phooey, that
little rule wouldn't meke any difference."

bers were elected, you elected them on the
basis of honor and dependebilitye You ex-
pecteid them to cect for the homeroom nd to
fulfill the position to the best of théir
ability. If, the Student Council does not
do what is right, there is no point in hae
