Using these materials

Access:: The archives are open to the public and anyone is welcome to visit and view the collections.

Collection restrictions:: Series 6, Confidential Testing and Ranking Files, is restricted due to the presence of student grades. Researchers may access other file series within this collection, yet often files must be reviewed by an archivist to ensure compliance with New York State Public Records laws. An additonal file in Series 5, Closing of Milne, is also restricted. Please consult an archivist for more information.
Collection terms of access:: The University Archives are eager to hear from any copyright owners who are not properly identified so that appropriate information may be provided in the future.

Archival materials can be viewed in-person in our reading room. We recommend making an appointment to ensure materials are available when you arrive.

We may also be able to deliver digital scans remotely for a fee.
