GIRLS’ GYMNASIUM CLsStiS INCLUDE TaP
DANCING aND RIDING INSTRUCTIONS
The girls' gymnasium course now
includes riding and tap dancing instruc+
tions
The riding class mects each Wednes-
day from 3;00 to 4;30 o'clock at the
4rmory. They have learned to stay on
the horses and how to trot. The tap
dancing classes meet from 1;00 to 2;00
o'clock on Thursday and from 3;00 to 4;00
o'clock on Friday. Both classes are
at work on Greek dances,
STAR DRaMaTICS CLuSS WILL PRESENT
PLaY IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL s.SSEMBLY
The Star Dramatics club, an eighth
and ninth grade club, will put on the
play "The Black Circle" in some future
junior high school assembly.
The play was directed by Miss
MeGoech, the club sponsor. The cast
has been rehearsing for several weeks
during the club period.

EXHIBIT PROJECTS OF PaST WORK
Records show that the Junior High
school clubs have been doing very inter-
esting projects at thelr meetings.
The Typing club is now able to do
work for other clubs, when they desire
assistance. The members of the club
typed the play which the Star Dramatics
slub will present in assembly.
The Stamp club is planning to ex~
nibit its poster collection of stamps
soon and the Library club is to display
its collection of poetry anthologies,
The Home Economics club has also hud
an exhibition. The basketball club has
been doing workouts.
Wednesday at 11:50 o'clock will
be the last time the clubs will moet
before the exmainutions, Miss Halter
announced today.

Vivien Snyder, @ ninth grade stu-
dent, again leads the honor roll for
Junior High schocl. Her average for
the month of Decembaér is 95%.
The ninth grade has seven of its
members on the roll. The seventh grade
comes next with five, and the eighth
grade with two.

INTRAMURAL LEAGUE BaSKETBALL GAMES
Hello Everybody. This is Bill Nor-
ton broadcasting the latest news on
sports in the Junior High School.
In the Intramural league the Tigers
won the first half of the season. ‘The
Tigers won 12 games out of the 14 play-
ed and made a total of 857 points. John
akullian is the captain of the Tigers.
The Bears finished second winning sever
games and scoring 500 pionts. Bill
Ford is the captain.
The Goats are third, having been
successful in five games. ‘They have
a total of 357 points. The captain is
Leo Minkin. The Cubs team, under the
leadership of Bill Norton, is last with
four games.
The team which wins the next half
of the season will play the Tigers on
the night of March 17 when the boys
plan to have 4 sports carnival.
