WYS TO COidiT? SUICIDE
Lp-3]
The title of this article may sound
@ llttle odd, but when you get . right
down to it most eccidentcl decths ..aro
Suicides. They are suicides because most
of them might have benn prevented if
people had been a little more osreful.
There are a lot of dontts when
people ask how to prevent people from
killing themselvos accidentally. For ine
stance don't scratch your heed with
& pair of sissors in ,our hand, You
might get the sissors stuck too far in
your head and then you would be stuck
too far in good old mother earth for com
fort(that is if you were living).
another precaution would be the ex~
tingu&shing of the habit of diving from
4 story buildings (or higher) into a
nice crowded strect in front of an
eutomobile (a touch would be better of
course).
For heaven's snke don't try seeing
how near you can come to cutting your
neck with the butcherts knife. (You may
be surprised.) Please, if you enjoy lie
fe, don't make it a hebit of running in
front of cars or ecting things that you
heuve no idea whet they ccntain, or that
have & sign on the front cf the bottle
or box thet says "poison",
And now I leave youwith the words
“May your life clweys be gey and nothe
ing ever steal it awey,(not even your =
self).
Remember safety first.

huve culled aAengerous warnings, were
given by the teccher, but Jchnny didn't
respond, He was so absorbed in plucking
bebby pins from the hair cf the girl in
front of him that the next dey he had
never heard of the things thet were on
the test. The result of that test went
home cu his report card.
His mother, Uncle Amos, Father, and
Johnny were gathered in the living room
after dinner and his ianther «asked for
his rpport cards Now after much persuce
sticn, Uncle amos wes On the brink of buy-
ing him & bicycles anything such as the
display of his highly cclored repert card

Johnny thought this just cculdn't happen
so he used all of his strategy, but
Father couldn't tcke a hint either. Li-
