BESSIE BOOKBUG
This week I reccommend for the girls,
When Patty Went To Ccllege by Joan
Webster. It is, as you must have ,uessed,
abcut a Girl whcse name is Patty, in her
senlor yoar ot colleze>s Patty is very
fond of playing jokes on her class mates
much to their embarrassment, but they suce
ceed in playing tricks on her also»
Oye thing that you will like abcut
this book is that each chapter is liko a
seperate story cbcut the girl. It nas
no mystery to it, yet it is as amusing
and as interesting a bock as ony other
with ¢ biguer plot to it.

HOBB IES
Hobbies are very interestinge [
should like to name you a few which I'm
sure will interest you very much.
Ccollecting stamps is an interestin,
and practicle hobbye I*m sure it is very
fascinating tc decide what country a stamp
comes from, then to paste 1t in its place ,
but I imagine it isn't much fun when
you peste the stemp in the wrine places
ancther interesting hobby is to cole
lect shells, Some people include with the
curious shaped shells, starfish and corale
It is indeed fascinating to see beautiful
starfish which look like stars made of
élistining diamonds and to se beautiful
pink end red coral which have exciting
stories hidden in thane I'm sure you would
like to start collecting shebls, starfish,
and oorBlo
Some people like to collect curiour=-
itics such as odd shaped stones.» Still
others we find experimenting with animals.
Then egain others enjoy gathering odd locke
ing statues, cnd the like,
Have a hobby$ You will receive much
excitement and joy from cney Those who
already have hebbies cherish them dearly.

Skirts on the cverage are worn about
twelve ond cne half inches frem the

thise If you are shcrt, you should wear
yeur gowns between one and one half
inches below the knee. If you are ex»

so snort.
I suppose every one is wondering
what to wear to the reception, Itm sure
that no matter what ycu wear, you will
enjoy yourself very much, However hero
are just o few pointers on how to dress.
If you are wearing a knee-length dress,
heavy wool, taffata, velvet, in fact,
practically ony fall material will do,
If you are wearin, a lon, dress, the
