Be it hereby proposed that the following be enacted:

I. That 500 section of the bylaws be amended to read:

513 — STUDENT ACTIVITY FEE POLICY
513.3 — Student Activity Fee Adjustments

514.3.1 — Should the Student Association wish to amend the Student Activity Fee amount, it
Shall become effective upon a majority vote of the Student Association Senate.

514,3.2 — The Sponsor(s) of the bill must formally consult the Board of Finance.

5$14.3.2.1 — The Board of Finance shall write produce a written recommendation of
approval or disapproval to the Student Association Senate.

514.3.3 - The Board of Finance shall present the recommendation to the Student Association
Senate. The date shall be determined by the Chair of the Board of Finance through
consultation with the Chair of the Senate.

514.3.3 — Special Rules of procedure must be followed during any amendment to the Student
Activity Fee amount. These rules shall be determined by the Chair of the Board of Finance
and the Chair of the Senate.

II. That this bill go into effect immediately upon passage, in accordance wi h the Studé
