TITLE OF BILL:

An Act to Amend the Student Association Office Hours and Time Record Procedure

PURPOSE OR GENERAL IDEA OF BILL:

This amendment to the bylaw is geared to make the new office hours of the Student Association Office
official.

SUMMARY OF SPECIFIC PROVISIONS:

Section 1 — This section is to specify the new office hours.

Section 2 -- This section is to specify the new time recording procedure.

Section 3—This section is added to the bylaw in the event that the new time clock is malfunctioning for any
reason.

JUSTIFICATION:

This Bylaw should be amended because the new office hours is what works best for the current Student
Association Leaders that is required to have office hours. Moreover, the time clock is a new time recording
procedure to make sure that office hours information is more accessible.

FISCAL IMPLICATIONS:

EFFECTIVE DATE:

This act shall take effect immediately.
