Executive Session Minutes
February 3", 2020 —- 10 PM
The HUB Conference Room

I. Financial Investigation 1
i. Report will be approved today and presented to Senate on
Wednesday
ii. BoF Chair goes over the report
1. Summary of facts page is 5 pages long. If Board wants to
look at it they can approve it by section then as a whole.
2. Reason certain section is highlighted is because he
believes that there will be confusion.
a. Motion by Vice Chairwoman second by Zhang to
delete this section, objection by McCracken
i. BoF Chairman: It would be redundant to
have this multiple time
ii. Vice Chairwoman: there seemed to be the
charges most bothered by and what was
bringing us into the investigation. Now that
all the findings are in one section she does
not believe that it is necessary
3. Sen. Daquial: Would it be a good idea to separate the
bylaw to make a floating block
a. Motion to move bylaws into a floating block,
seconded by Zhang
4. BoF Chairman: still no email for page 6 portion of report,
should be deleted
a. Member Zhang: Does not believe that it should be
deleted
b. Did not get deleted
5. Motion to change “all surrendering” to “all providing” by
Salazar, seconded by Sen. McCracken
6. “Motion to add that the President brought a credit card
statement to aide her in her testimony” by Vicechair
woman of BoF, no objection
7. Motion to add “with the intent to listen in on the
executive session through her airpods
2. Motion to approve summary of facts by Daquial, seconded by Zhang,
objected by Donelan.
i. Motion to call to question by McCracken, seconded by Daquial
1. 3-0-2
3. Motion to approve allegations by Zhang, seconded by Sen. Daquial,
without objection
i. Daquial: Is the font size different?
ii. Zhang changes font size
4. Donelan Motion to add “, which is the brown desk directly next to her
fridge”
Zhang Motion to add “by submitting a PR on MyInvolvement”
Zhang Motion to change gold to “Matte Brass”
Daquial Motion to change every time is says “gold” to “matte brass”
Vice Chairwoman: If we are not going to category this as a neglect of
duty. What do we say to the question about it?
i. Comptroller: Why don’t you just add to the category the abuse
of power aspect and neglect of duty
ii. Vice Chairwoman motions to pull up the minutes to when the
president testified, seconded by Zhang
1. Zhang: from the President’s testimony, she is constantly
blaming Shannon.
a. McCracken: if everything that does not have a PR
a neglect of duty, we should put it in the same
category as everything else
b. Donelan: motion to say “item: entire order.
Amount: $322.83”
9. Motion to edit “the intended space is not clear” by Zhang, seconded
by McCracken, objected by Vice Chairwomen
i. Vice Chairwoman resends her objection
10. Motion to say “person fountain” by Member Zhang, seconded by
Donelan
11.Sen. McCracken: if any SA official took SA property, we would
demand the money back. Putting it here would be out of the scope of

13.Motion by Zhang to delete this section, seconded by McCracken

14. Motion by Donalen to categorize BJ’s membership as Abuse of
Power, seconded by BoF member Zhang

15. Motion to have Shun’s Kitchen Receipt pulled up by Donelan,
seconded by Zhang

16.Motion to add “and delivered at 1:57am” by Donelan seconded by
Zhang

17. Motion to add “it was questionable to the BoF” by Donelan,
seconded by Zhang

18.Donelan: Do we want to categorize the hotel purchases”

i. Motion to strike the hotel line by Member Zhang because there
is no record of the hotel in the statements second by Donelan
objected by McCracken

1. Sen. McCracken: Motion to call to question the stinking
of the record
a. 2-1-1
19.Motion to strike “Comptroller noted that he saw milk” by Zhang,
seconded by McCracken.
20.Sen McCracken: the fact that she bought this and took the card out is
neglect of duty

i. Motion to add abuse of power by Zhang, seconded by

McCracken
21. Motion to approve by Zhang, seconded by McCracken
22.Motion to strike “even is safeguard” by Zhang, seconded by
McCracken
23. Motion by Donelan to make sentence make sense, seconded by
Zhang
24. Motion to approve Board of Finance’s recommendation by Zhang,
seconded by Donelan
25.Motion to approve entire report by McCracken, seconded by Zhang
i. REPORT IS ADOPTED
26.Motion to close Financial Investigation 1 indefinitely by member
Zhang, seconded by Donelan
i. FINANCIAL INVESTIGATION 1 TERMINATED
