A newly appointed administrator, Dr. Jack Decringer
is the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Albany State
His appointment went into effect on September 1, 1961
after the College was without a dean after mid-July wht n
Dean Oscar E. Lanford was named Preside nt ob the State
University College of Education at Fredonia
