CAMPUS PROGRESS (No. 3)

Informetion received from Mr. Russell Nett,
in charge of lanl acquisition for State University,
indicates that the State's agent for the purchase
of a President's residence will be the Department
of Public Works’ Bureau of Bights of Woy and Cleime.

Mir. Neff estimated thet 1+ would take anywhere
from one to four weeks for this Buresu to accomplish
the transacblon, after they had received a11 the papers
from Steven's office. They expect thet they will have
the request. issued from thelr office for this parti~
cular alte sometime next week.

The method to be used in this instance wilt
be “appropriation”.
