Letter of Intent, awarding the contract to the lowest bidder for the Whiteface
Mountaln-ASRC Laboratory, was consummated today, This means that we ere finally under
way with construction of this long-awalted fact lity.

1 will recommend when the champagne party would be In order, and feel that this
might be appropriate at the ground breaking ceremony!
