roo in the baseuent of the Hine Arts building, subjact to punch list.

proportion, because we wanted to run the Heating, Ventilating Syaten for
the Gallery beginning tonervow evening end on, inte the might howe. Valess
the mechanical equipmeut was in our hands, 14 would have elther preci ple
tated a strike or at least would have necessitated pranium payment for \
the enplloyment of overtime unlon tradesmen to man thig room. Thig has now
been avoided. ‘

We also inspected ond accepted the Mell iamediately sasth of
the Campus Centex. This was In very good shape, and alyveody we are retelv.
ding many compliments.

Inspected, but not accepted, wos the Great Circle grasa plot
et the weain entrence from Washington Avemie. Although this plot had a
veasonsbly good “teke" on the seeding last spring, there are still seuc
pave spote which need corrective work, and dnamuuch us we are not hucting
foe this ovea, it ie to ow intevest to walt unbll this coerective work
hes been accomplished.
