Today, we Inspected and accepted the basement of the Fine Arts
building. The mechanical equipment room was excepted from this takeover
because It was not ready. The contractor will continue to operate It
until it Is ready.

WIth the exception of the mechanical equipment room, we now
have the use of all of this building. Included In the basement are the
photographic laboratories which were badly needed and which now can be set
up and operated.
