Campus Progress Report No. 179

Today we Inspected and accepted the outdoor graphies contract, which consisted
of the placement of uniformly designed signs for the direction of traffic, vehicular
and pedestrian, around the campus. The provisions of the contract were satisfactorily
performed, subject to a punch list which was very small, The existence of damageed
signs In certain locations about the campus could not be held against the contractor,
as these were damaged by other vehicular traffle and/or snow plows over the past winter.
The correction of these deficiencies, if they are to be corrected, will be a respone
stb lity of the University.

Today we also Inspected and accepted the construction work in the East and
West Podium Courts for the end of the one year guarantee perlod. These courts grood up
very wail during the past year, espectally during the severe winter, and apart from
a small recaulking Job on one Joint, were considered for final acceptance.
