SUBJECT: Campus Progress Report No. 120

This morning we tnspected the Computer Center, with a view to
acceptance of the area, We found the reglon sufficiently complete to
warrant takeover as of Monday, 8 April. This, of course, will be subject
to another final inspection at that time, to verity the fact that cere
tain items have been satisfactorily and substantially completed. The
punch list will also be ready by that time, and avallable for formal
check.

Architecturally, the area was quite complete. There was Just
a little painting remaining to be finished and some floor cleanup, etc.
However, we can start as of Monday the &th to ready the region In prac~-
tically all respects, to Include the laying of rug, Installation of
telephones, and other preparatory steps which will have to be completed
prior to the activation of the Computer Center at Its new location,

The takeover was subject to the completion of some additional
work required on the two alr conditioning units, This work 1s continuing
and should be completed tn a ten day to two week pertod, so that by the
time we have the rug down end the furnishings Installed, these units
will be functioning. The Director of the Computer Canter can now proceed
with definite plans for the phasing out of the ofd location and the move~
ment of his operation to the new locatlon.

Mr. Joel True (Tele: 457-3811), of this office, ts our contact
for the Computer Center on all necessary arrangements for the move and
Installation of telephones for the Initial communication system,
